Ratish is a traditional musician and therefore possess a very strong understand about music. Additionally he is a qualified Company Secretary and also a Law graduate worked with various Companies at a senior level as a Company Secretary.

He is exposed to corporate and professional culture for around 15 years therefore along with Music; he also understands the professional value involved with the Musical event management business. He is the creator of various concepts that were implemented successfully over past one decade including Anubhuti, Banaras Utsav etc.
